• As a Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship Compliance Coordinator, you will help ensure labor documentation meets complex federal compliance requirements across major projects.
• You will manage certified payroll, prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and labor records supporting both regulatory obligations and customer tax-credit documentation.
• The role requires close attention to detail, strong knowledge of payroll and labor compliance, and the ability to navigate evolving regulations.
• You will collaborate with legal, compliance, tax, HR, field operations, customers, consultants, and union representatives.
• You will also support apprenticeship programs, audits, investigations, documentation requests, and the development of standardized compliance processes.
• Your work will help protect contractual relationships, reduce compliance risk, and ensure accurate, audit-ready records.
