Job Description:

🎯 Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Accounting, International Business, or a related field .

✔ Master’s degree preferred.

✔ 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial management or commercial administrative areas .

✔ Advanced Excel skills.

✔ Experience with Power BI.

✔ Knowledge of commercial management dashboards and KPIs.

✔ Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level).

📋 Key Responsibilities

Develop and monitor profit margin reports .

Prepare and manage pricing requests .

Calculate prices according to established commercial pricing formulas.

Administer monthly reconciliations for pricing, packaging materials, and volume rebates.

Calculate reserves related to reconciliations and rebates.

Manage administrative credit/debit notes resulting from commercial adjustments.

Analyze freight charges versus tariffs and logistics costs.

Update economic indicators and executive reports.

Develop price forecasts and presentations for management.

Analyze and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.

Automate and optimize reporting processes within the commercial area.
