• The Pricing Strategist plays an integral part of the success of the Deluxe B2B Payments sales cycle. This role plays an integral part of the Go To Market team, by assisting in the creation of pricing and associated artifacts for client deals. By owning and maintaining historical databases of previous pricing proposals, the Pricing Strategist will help drive overall strategy by providing analytical insights to make pricing decisions. The role requires a blend of true attention to detail and excellent communication skills, as they will regularly interface with various stakeholders across the organization to gather needed inputs.
• •Support the B2B Payments sales cycle by completing financial modeling for client opportunities and preparing all required pricing artifacts to support the sales and proposal process.
• •Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, validate, and incorporate the necessary inputs required to complete comprehensive financial models and pricing proposals.
• •Design, build, and maintain an organized database of client pricing proposals, ensuring historical pricing information and relevant competitive pricing intelligence are appropriately captured and available for future analysis and reference.
• •Conduct regular and ad hoc pricing analytics on previous client proposals and available competitor pricing information, identifying insights that can provide strategic guidance and help position the sales team for success.
• •Maintain an organized library of client pricing proposals, ensuring historical pricing information and relevant competitive pricing intelligence are appropriately captured and available for future analysis and reference.
• •Serve as a strategic liaison with Finance and Solution Management, partnering with these teams to maintain, refine, and update the library of pricing proposal artifacts.

Basic Qualifications:

• •Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years) and 3+ years experience
• •2+ years in Treasury Management
• •2+ years in financial/business analyst role

Preferred Qualifications:

• •Experience designing analytical data models and building structured datasets to support reporting, insights, and decision-making
• •Advanced MS Excel skills
• •Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven fast paced environment.
• •Experience suggesting and implementing changes to processes and procedure and driving change management initiatives

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
