Position Highlights
- ✅ $152,188 - $228,278 + bonus eligible
- ✅ 3-day work week (24 hours)
- ✅ Quarterly Incentive Plan (15% of quarterly earnings)
- ✅ Long-Term Incentive Eligible — physicians may participate in the Mosaic Health Profit Shares program, designed to reward physicians for contributing to the organization

Compensation Range:
$253,643.00 to
$380,464.00
