What you'll need: MD/DO from an accredited medical school, active Nevada medical license, DEA registration, board certified or eligible. Geriatrics, post-acute, SNF, LTC , or medically complex population is p referred.

• ✅ $211,369–$317,053 base + $20K sign-on bonus
• ✅ Quarterly Incentive Plan — based on outcomes, quality metrics, and documentation
• ✅ Long-Term Incentive Eligible — physicians may participate in the Mosaic Health Profit Shares program
• ✅ Day-one PTO (160 hrs), full benefits, 401(k) match, CME (5 days + $2K reimbursement)

$317,053.00

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
