- ✅ $211,369–$317,053 base + $30K sign-on bonus
- ✅ 4-day work week option
- ✅ Relocation assistance to Tucson
- ✅ Quarterly Incentive Plan (15% of quarterly earnings)
- ✅ Long-Term Incentive Eligible — physicians may participate in the Mosaic Health Profit Shares program, designed to reward physicians for contributing to the organization
- ✅ Day-one PTO (160 hrs), full benefits, 401(k) match, CME (5 days + 2K reimbursement)
