Prime Brokerage Pricing & Analytics – Analyst/Associate

Role Overview

The PB Pricing & Analytics team is part of the Institutional Equities Division.

The team is responsible for pricing and analytics across equity financing and execution products within Prime Brokerage (Cash Prime Brokerage; Delta one Swaps; Securities Lending) and cleared derivatives products in APAC.

Key responsibilities

• •Support and own pricing analysis and decision making
• •Develop and maintain pricing models, scenario analyses to support client negotiations and new products.
• •Partner closely with Sales and Coverage, Trading, Risk, Strats, Finance, IT and external clients
• •Analysis of desk profitability, with emphasis on driving optimization and efficiency.
• •Development of management reporting to aid the strategic management of the business
• •Close involvement in strategic business initiatives

Skills Required

• •1-5 years related financial experience , ideally in: Prime Brokerage, Structuring, Strats, Risk, Trading or closely related analytical roles
• •Strong numerical background and data analysis skills
• •Analytic mindset, excellent problem solving ability and close attention to detail.
• •Strong communication skills and an ability to articulate complex situations clearly.
• •Strong project management and time management skills
• •Comfortable operating in fast-paced commercially driven environment
• •Product knowledge of equity swaps and listed derivatives desirable
• •Knowledge of regional APAC equity market structures desirable
