• As a Principal Consultant, you will lead the architecture and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across technology, security, and risk environments.
• You will work directly with clients to translate business and technical challenges into scalable platform strategies and implementations.
• The role spans ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations, and Integrated Risk Management, connecting core IT workflows with security and compliance capabilities.
• You will shape CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, incident response, vulnerability management, and governance solutions.
• Beyond individual engagements, you will help develop repeatable architectures, accelerators, and best practices that can scale across clients.
• You will provide technical leadership to development teams while contributing to executive-level discussions, quality assurance, and pre-sales activities.
