What You Will Do

Privacy and AI-related tasks such as:

Providing privacy legal opinion & Conducting privacy legal risk assessment

Contract review, DPA review and contract inventory maintenance

Privacy / Data Protection law & regulation review and update

Privacy Policy & Privacy Plan review and update

Data Subject Rights management

Privacy Incident handing

Government correspondence

Supporting Privacy review (Privacy Impact Assessment)

Supporting Privacy Monitoring and Internal Audit

Conducting AI use case legal review.

Basic Qualifications

Experience & Education:

Must be a qualified lawyer holding a valid lawyer license (Bar admission).

5 to 10 years of proven legal experience - Privacy, GDPR and relevant areas, either practicing in a law firm or working as an in-house legal counsel.

Soft Skills: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across different departments and with external partners.

Language Skills:

Mandarin Chinese: Native proficiency.

English: Professional working proficiency (able to communicate smoothly in a professional work environment)
