Principal Learning Experience Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Learning Experience Designer based in the United States.

• As a Principal Learning Experience Designer, you will shape the instructional vision for an adolescent literacy intervention program serving students in grades 3–12.
• You will combine deep expertise in literacy, reading intervention, and learning experience design to create impactful teacher-led and student-facing experiences.
• The role focuses on applying current science-of-reading research to help students reading below grade level develop comprehension, vocabulary, fluency, knowledge, and confidence.
• You will work across print and digital environments, designing cohesive, differentiated, and evidence-based learning experiences.
• As a senior instructional leader, you will influence product direction while mentoring other designers and establishing standards for instructional quality.
• You will collaborate closely with product, research, assessment, design, engineering, accessibility, and editorial teams to solve complex learning challenges.
