About the role

As a Principal Managed Services Consultant , you will be the foremost technical expert and thought leader within our Managed Services team. You will help enterprise customers get the most from their Atlassian ecosystem by solving complex challenges, improving system stability, guiding architecture decisions, and identifying opportunities to increase adoption, alignment, and return on investment.

This is a senior consulting role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with a strategic, client-facing mindset. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, Managed Services colleagues, Customer Success, Sales, Delivery, Transformation Consulting, and Enterprise Technology & Innovation teams to deliver measurable value and raise delivery standards across the organization.
