Principal Product Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Product Manager based in Switzerland.

• This is a senior individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of complex product domains within a fast-growing fintech environment.
• You will define product strategy, shape multi-quarter roadmaps, and drive measurable customer, business, and operational outcomes.
• The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on product execution across areas such as credit, risk, payments, core platforms, and partner integrations.
• You will work closely with Engineering, Data, Risk, Operations, Legal, and Commercial teams to turn ambiguous challenges into scalable solutions.
• Success will depend on strong product judgment, rigorous use of data, and the ability to influence decisions across teams without formal authority.
• You will also manage relationships with external technology and financial partners, from evaluation and integration through ongoing optimization.
• The position offers significant autonomy and international exposure, with a particular focus on Brazilian market needs, regulation, and fintech dynamics.
