Amazon is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to define and drive go-to-market strategy for a technology-focused team. This is a strategic leadership role where you will own end-to-end marketing strategy — from identifying business opportunities through market entry and scaled adoption.

You will operate with a high degree of independence in ambiguous environments, influence investment decisions, and partner with senior leadership up to VP level to align cross-functional teams toward shared goals.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • -Define and execute multi-year go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and market segmentation
  • -Build and own competitive analysis, buyer personas, and value propositions tailored to enterprise audiences
  • -Create sales enablement tools, ROI frameworks, and business case materials to support complex enterprise sales cycles
  • -Design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, events, ABM, and content marketing
  • -Develop thought leadership content and customer advocacy programs
  • -Define brand architecture, voice, and governance within a broader brand ecosystem
  • -Drive alignment across cross-functional teams — Sales, Business Development, Engineering, and Marketing — through senior leader reviews and scalable mechanisms

Basic qualifications

  • - 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • - Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

Preferred qualifications

  • - Experience with creating GTM initiatives at scale
  • - Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product management, analytics, UX, and research
  • - Experience developing and executing on GTM strategies that are large in scope
  • - Experience in robotics design, automation systems development, control systems design, or related product development
  • - Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
  • - Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals
  • - Experience in Product Safety & Compliance Law
  • - Experience in B2B marketing tools
  • - Experience in commercial or industrial work
  • - Experience with brand strategy
  • - Experience conveying complex subject matter to clients and stakeholders
  • - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
