Role Summary

As a Principal Software Engineer , you will lead and oversee the software engineering function for Pattern’s central administrative, authentication, authorization, and security infrastructure. In this role, you will serve as a key technical leader for our mission-critical identity and access platform, partnering with other engineering leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure its success. Because this core system underpins all of Pattern's operations, you will partner closely with a wide variety of cross-functional teams to field, prioritize, and build a high volume of feature requests while ensuring the ongoing maintenance, stability, and high performance of existing applications.
