Print Production Manager

We’re growing our Print Production team and are looking for an experienced Print Production Manager to support a key global client in I ndonesia .

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working closely with others, balancing creativity with practical execution, and taking pride in delivering high‑quality print outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

As Print Production Manager, you’ll be a key contributor to ensuring artwork moves smoothly from design through to print, with quality and consistency front of mind. Working with clients, internal teams and print partners, you will:

• •Support projects as the main point of reference for print feasibility and quality
• •Review new packaging designs and advise on appropriate artwork and separation approaches
• •Work with clients, printers and suppliers to align on technical solutions and expectations
• •Provide clear guidance to Artworkers to help achieve accurate and consistent outcomes
• •Support and coach Artworkers as needed, encouraging confidence and consistency
• •Help maintain brand colour standards and overall print quality
• •Keep printer specifications, qualifications and related records up to date in Trident systems
• •Review printed results and share observations to support ongoing improvement
• •Collaborate closely with account, artwork and production teams to keep work moving on time

What we’re looking for

• •Around 5 years’ experience in print production, packaging repro, or a related creative/print environment
• •Good working knowledge of print processes across different packaging types
• •Solid understanding of colour management and proofing
• •An eye for detail and a strong sense of brand quality
• •Comfortable explaining print considerations in a clear, practical way
• •Collaborative, organised and solutions‑focused
• •Confident communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• •Based in Jakarta and able to work onsite at our client’s office
