Private Client Servicing Analyst

Who You’ll Work With:

We are seeking a San Antonio based Private Client Servicing Analyst to join our Private Client Administration team in Global Technology & Operations.

As a key member of the team, you will support the full lifecycle of private client relationships, serving as an operational partner to Sales, Portfolio Management, and other Operations teams. You will manage a designated client base and play a critical role in ensuring account servicing activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do:

This position offers broad exposure to investment operations, portfolio management support, account administration, asset transfers, tax reporting, and client service functions, providing excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

Client Account Administration

• •Oversee client servicing activities and act as a trusted resource for advisor teams, business partners, and operational teams.
• •Facilitate the successful execution of transfers, account maintenance, and transactional requests through proactive coordination and issue resolution.
• •Investigate and resolve exceptions, mitigating risk and ensuring adherence to operational controls and regulatory requirements.

Operations & Account Servicing

• •Reconcile custody and accounting systems to maintain data integrity across client accounts.
• •Coordinate asset transfers with brokerage firms, banks, custodians, and transfer agents to facilitate timely and accurate movement of client assets.
• •Monitor account activity and maintain cost basis information to support portfolio management and trade execution activities.

Client Reporting, Tax & Regulatory Support:

• •Review and process capital activity entries to ensure accurate client account records, transaction reporting, and operational integrity.
• •Validate client account information and documentation to support accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and adherence to firm policies and procedures.
• •Research and resolve account discrepancies, reporting exceptions, and servicing issues by partnering with internal teams, custodians, and external firms.
• •Perform quality assurance reviews of account activity and client data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established controls.

Partnership & Client Service

• •Serve as a key operational contact for Sales, Portfolio Management, and other internal stakeholders.
• •Research and resolve account-related inquiries and operational issues.
• •Participate in strategic projects, product launches, and process improvement initiatives.
• •Provide support and oversight for offshore operational teams.
• •Assist with review and validation of client communications related to outgoing cash movements and third-party disbursements.

What We’re Looking For:

• •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• •Internship or prior experience within financial services, wealth management, investment operations, brokerage, banking, or asset management.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulating ideas clearly and listening actively.
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• •Strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• •Ability to independently research issues and drive creative and effective solutions.
• •Working well with teammates and respecting diverse perspectives.
