Process Assistant, Grocery Fulfillment Centers

We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to join our team as a Process Assistant.

• Key Responsibilities and Job Elements:
• - Support, mentor, and motivate others
• - Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
• - Collaborate with all support teams including Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives
• For this role, you will need to be:
• - At least 18 years old, and authorized to work in the United States
• - Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• - Able to lift 49 pounds, stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, as well as continuously climb and descend stairs
• - Work in an environment where the noise level varies and is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments, and grocery locations include refrigerated environments)

• Grocery Fulfillment Centers are facilities that house Amazon's selection of fresh food and other specialty products. These multi-temperature facilities support our same-day delivery service. At our fulfillment centers, you'll focus on safety in all stocking and sorting tasks, while helping to develop best practices. Basic qualifications

• - 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• - High School Diploma, or GED
• - Experience using the Microsoft Office suite of packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• - Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• - Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

Preferred qualifications

- 1+ years of working in a manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, retail, or grocery environment experience

The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
