Support employee lifecycle activities by maintaining and updating employee information in HR systems. Assist in preparing employee-related documents such as employment letters, verification letters, and other HR correspondence. Learn and perform basic employee data transactions in HR System. Handle employee requests and queries through ServiceNow (SNOW) under the guidance of senior team members. Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring data quality and confidentiality. Track and complete assigned requests within defined timelines. Coordinate with HR and internal teams to resolve employee data-related queries. Support process improvement initiatives and documentation activities Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, MBA-HR, or equivalent preferred). Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply. Basic understanding of HR processes or HR operations is an added advantage. Internship experience in HR will be considered a plus. Willingness to work Night Shifts Selected candidates will be required to undergo a comprehensive background verification process. This verification may take up to 6 weeks to complete, and the Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Willingness to learn HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
