Process Improvement Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Process Improvement Lead based in the United States.

• This role supports the launch and implementation of a new government healthcare contract by establishing the operational framework needed for successful execution.
• You’ll help design processes, controls, workflows, and operating practices across claims and financial services operations.
• The position works across multiple teams to identify process gaps, improve performance, and implement practical operational solutions.
• You’ll have visibility into claims and financial inventory while helping strengthen controls and workflow management.
• The role combines process improvement, operations, project management, and cross-functional collaboration in a highly regulated environment.
• You’ll work closely with senior leadership and operational teams to support a smooth transition and build scalable processes.
• This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced operations professional who can bring structure, analytical thinking, and continuous improvement expertise to complex initiatives.
