• Your Prospective Job:
• For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder as Process Improvement Manager (m/f/d) for the transition of processes and tools to SAP S/4 HANA.

Your Responsibilities:

• •Apply Lean principles to simplify and lean-out existing workflows
• •Drive Continuous Improvement in communication and ticketing workflows
• •Support the implementation of a digital interface toward customers (Airlines/ Maintenance Organization) to provide real-time order transparency
• •Design and support digital connectivity toward repair stations to automate data exchange and performance monitoring
• •Drive the improvement of KPI reporting in Skywise, ensuring transparent visualization of current status and risks
• •Manage improvement projects from initiation to closure using the Airbus standard project methodology
• •Use reasoned advocacy and compelling storylines to gain buy-in for the digital transition from both internal teams and external partners

Your Profile:

• •Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science or comparable
• •Professional experience in Supplier Management, Project Management and Process Improvement
• •Good knowledge in Lean Management
• •Basic user skills in SAP
• •User skills in Skywise (or other Data-Analytics tools) and Google Workspace are advanatageous
• •Fluent English skills spoken and written
• •German skills would be a plus
