What you'll do

Lead initiatives to automate and standardize Record to Report processes using tools like SAP, Oracle, and Blackline, improving cycle time and accuracy.

Provide expert guidance on journal entries, month-end and year-end closings, reconciliations, and financial reporting to ensure compliance and quality.

Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes that raise service levels and meet KPIs.

Develop and deliver training sessions to finance teams and update standard operating procedures to maintain best practices.

Monitor and resolve discrepancies in accounting transactions, ensuring timely corrective actions and financial integrity.

• You own the accuracy and efficiency of the Record to Report function, delivering measurable improvements in cycle time, error reduction, and stakeholder satisfaction. Your data-driven approach ensures that financial reporting is reliable and supports strategic decision-making.
