Expertise: Specialization in Data engineering, Dashboard development, process discovery,

technology consulting, data mining, business intelligence, big data, cloud computing, BPMN.

Technical Proficiency: SQL, Bigquery, BI tools (Data fusion, Power BI), Cloud platforms (Google),

and Process Modelling & Mining Tool - SAP Signavio.

Additional Experience: Familiarity with process management, common programming

languages (Python, Java), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).

Personal Qualities: High commitment, strong leadership, team orientation, analytical and

conceptual thinking, goal-oriented, agile methodology, passion for complex projects.

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with the respective stakeholders and

manage the discussions.

Stakeholder Management: Co-Ordinate with Business, project teams, and internal and external stakeholders,

ensuring effective communication to implement solutions. Take professional accountability and closely

collaborate with business partners and process re-engineers.

Process Improvement: Utilize SAP Signavio’s Process mining capabilities to develop solution design, analyse,

visualize, and optimize business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

Solution Design: Create and implement process mining solutions that meet specific business needs. Render

consulting expertise on improving the Year-on-year solution development efficiency

Analysis and Support: Analyse Ford’s business processes using advanced technologies and data-based

modelling. Assist business customers in integrating real-time data into decision-making and process execution.

Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of quality for all deliverables, aligning with business expectations by

employing best practices in project management and process mining.

Reporting: Generate detailed reports on project status, insights from process mining analysis, and

improvement recommendations for stakeholders.

Growth and Quality Focus: Support the acquisition of new projects, use cases and business areas, develop

intellectual property, and integrate service offerings with emerging technologies.

Consulting expertise: Leverage deep process mining and consulting expertise to develop outside-in points of

view, benchmark against industry standards, and drive tangible improvements to current ways of working

• Qualifications
• Educational Background: Advanced degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering,

Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.

Experience: 3-5 years with significant expertise in process mining using Signavio, business

intelligence, and data analytics. Strong preference for experience with SAP Signavio and Power BI
