• Job Description
• As the Procurement Manager – Fuze Services, you will be responsible for initiating, executing, and maintaining strategic relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure seamless operational delivery across our Fuze Services platform and supply chain.

You will act as the primary liaison between Planning, Production, Warehouse, NPI (New Product Introduction), Engineering, and Finance. In this role, you will leverage deep supply chain expertise, SAP/ERP data management, and Lean methodologies to optimize inventory levels, drive cost efficiencies, improve vendor performance, and maintain an uninterrupted flow of goods and services.

This position is based onsite in Northern Cross, Business Park, Dublin 11.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities & Principal Duties

Strategic Vendor Management & Negotiation

• •Initiate, execute, and maintain direct supplier relationships to ensure high-quality delivery of commodities, materials, and services.
• •Facilitate regular Vendor Business Reviews (VBRs), track action items, measure KPI/vendor performance, and manage exception resolution.
• •Continually drive cost-reduction programs, negotiate favorable commercial terms, and refine requirements to optimize quality, delivery, and margin.
• •Serve as the escalation point for vendor issues related to pricing, delivery timelines, and quality compliance.

MRP, Inventory & Operational Execution

• •Oversee accurate processing of vendor commodities and material buying tasks to support all MRP planning requirements.
• •Monitor inventory lead times, daily order activity, and stock levels against forecast and consumption patterns.
• •Maintain, update, and communicate internal/external supplier forecasts within SAP .
• •Conduct daily reconciliation of receipts with suppliers and ensure swift resolution of receiving discrepancies.
• •Analyze and resolve root-cause inventory discrepancies, maintaining closed-loop corrective action processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Logistics

• •Collaborate closely with Planning, Warehouse, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance to align procurement activities with operational goals.
• •Assist in defining and supporting Logistics, Warehousing, and Trade Compliance processes for both new and existing business lines.
• •Ensure all logistics and procurement workflows adhere to corporate lead-time requirements and quality standards.

Continuous Improvement & Quality Management

• •Lead Lean initiatives using Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Kaizen techniques to eliminate waste and establish continuous improvement project pipelines.
• •Ensure all vendor management, purchasing, receiving inspection plans, and nonconforming material processes adhere strictly to the corporate Quality Management System (QMS) .
• •Develop, track, and report daily, weekly, and monthly operational metrics and OKRs in alignment with site and corporate objectives.

Leadership & Team Mentorship

• •Mentor, guide, and develop team members within the materials and procurement function.
• •Execute additional strategic projects and operational duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience:

• •5+ years of experience in a Procurement, Vendor Management, or Materials Management role (healthcare, medical device, diagnostics, or high-tech manufacturing environment strongly preferred).
• •Higher-level qualification (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• •Proven track record using ERP/MRP systems (extensive experience with SAP is required).
• •Demonstrated experience managing vendor KPIs, negotiating supplier contracts, and driving cost-saving programs.
• •Solid working knowledge of Lean methodologies (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Continuous Improvement).

Skills & Competencies:

• •Analytical & Data-Driven: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word (or equivalent tools).
• •Communication & Negotiation: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to influence cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and external suppliers.
• •Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable navigating a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• •Quality Focus: Strong attention to detail with an unyielding commitment to accuracy, compliance, and quality standards.
