Procurement Specialist - APAC

As our operations continue to expand, we’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to support our purchasing processes in APAC . You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the availability of products, negotiating with suppliers, and collaborating closely with commercial and customer-facing teams to keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Manage procurement activities in an assigned region, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing.

Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal terms and maintain strong relationships.

Coordinate with both suppliers and the commercial team to align on inventory needs and timelines.

Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting on-time delivery and stock availability.

Monitor and report on procurement and execution metrics.

Identify and address stock or supply issues proactively.

Collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to align procurement with business needs.

Requirements:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges.

Willingness to learn and grow within the procurement function.

Experience or familiarity with supplier negotiations is a plus.

Proficiency with Office tools, especially Excel and Word.

Fluency in English.
