• Your Prospective Job:
• For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Procurement Support (m/f/d) with the option to develop into a Junior Buyer in Hamburg / Finkenwerder.

Your Responsibilities:

• •Price management for complex cabin components
• •Manage various supplier information and pricing data in SAP MM
• •Create and follow-up purchase orders
• •Follow-up payment of invoices
• •Support buyers in managing data integrity in Airbus Procurement Tools
• •Consolidate and follow-up supplier rating and performance data
• •Manage the electronic & physical archiving of contractual documents
• •Define best practices and harmonize way of working across workpackages
• •Work with AI and Google Tools to automate administrative tasks
• •Research data and interview specialists to provide other Airbus Teams with the data for negotiations
• •Negotiate directly with suppliers non-recurring and recurring cost of design changes

Your Profile:

• •Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management, Supply Chain Quality, Supply Chain Logistics or comparable
• •Professional experience in Disposition, Procurement, Supplier Management and Supply Chain
• •Basic knowledge in Project Management
• •Good user skills in SAP and Google Workspace
• •Fluent English skills spoken and written
• •German skills advantageous
