Product Analyst

We are looking for a Product Analyst to contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Kiwi's products. You will work alongside the Product Manager, bringing analysis, clarity to requirements, and follow-through during implementation.

You will investigate how existing products and processes work, analyze problems and opportunities, and help turn product decisions into clear, actionable work for the teams involved. You will support initiatives from detailed definition through launch and the analysis of results.

We are looking for someone organized, curious, and attentive to detail who can go beyond tracking tasks. You should be comfortable asking questions, identifying gaps in requirements, and using data and feedback from customers and internal teams to help develop better solutions.

Responsibilities

Investigate customer journeys and internal processes to understand problems and inform product decisions.

Translate agreed product decisions into clear requirements, flows, acceptance criteria, and edge cases.

Identify open questions, inconsistencies, and decisions needed before and during implementation.

Work with Engineering, Design, QA, Risk, and Operations to resolve questions and ensure everyone understands what will be built.

Follow up on dependencies, testing, and releases, keeping progress and outstanding items visible.

Analyze data and feedback to help evaluate the results of product changes.

Maintain accurate product documentation and propose improvements when you find recurring manual work or problems in existing processes.

Requirements

Experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, in Product Operations, or in a similar role working with digital products.

Ability to analyze a process end to end and turn ambiguous requests into clear questions, requirements, and acceptance criteria.

Strong organization and follow-through on initiatives involving multiple teams.

Ability to work with metrics and data to investigate problems and evaluate changes.

Clear written communication and attention to detail, particularly in flows with rules, exceptions, and dependencies.

Initiative to identify open questions, work with the teams involved, and propose ways to resolve them.

Interest in understanding customers and the business goal behind each initiative.

Nice to have

Experience in fintech, financial services, lending, or payments.

SQL knowledge or experience with analytics and reporting tools.

Experience supporting launches and investigating issues found in production.
