Product and Services Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product and Services Analyst based in the United States.

• This role provides analytical leadership across SaaS products, professional services, and FinOps functions.
• You’ll connect operational, commercial, and financial data to create a clear view of product and services performance.
• The position plays a key role in defining KPIs, dashboards, benchmarks, and analytical frameworks used by business leaders.
• You’ll evaluate product health, engineering investments, implementation economics, cloud costs, and profitability.
• Your insights will help identify performance gaps, improve resource allocation, optimize cloud spending, and strengthen SaaS economics.
• Working across Product, Engineering, Services, Finance, Commercial, and Cloud Operations, you’ll translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
