Product Designer

• This is an opportunity for a Junior Product Designer to help shape intuitive digital experiences across a global workforce platform.
• You will transform real user problems into clear, accessible, and scalable product experiences.
• The role spans the full design lifecycle, from user flows and wireframes to high-fidelity interfaces and implementation.
• You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and operational stakeholders in a distributed, remote-first environment.
• You will contribute to a growing design system while helping simplify complex workflows and business processes.
• The position offers meaningful ownership alongside mentorship and exposure to product development end to end.
• Strong design thinking and portfolio quality are prioritized over a specific number of years of experience.
