Product Designer Pleno

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Designer Pleno based in Brazil.

• This is a remote Product Design role focused on creating intuitive, accessible, and impactful digital experiences in the automotive technology sector.
• You will participate in product discovery from the earliest stages, using research, data, and hypotheses to shape solutions around real user needs.
• The role combines UX, UI, research, prototyping, design systems, and information architecture with emerging AI-assisted design workflows.
• You will increasingly work with functional prototypes built directly in code, collaborating closely with developers to reduce handoff friction and rework.
• You will also help evolve a shared design system and maintain living documentation that guides both people and AI tools toward consistent interfaces.
• The environment is collaborative, dynamic, and experimentation-oriented, with opportunities to influence both product strategy and the way design teams work with AI.
