Create human-in-the-loop flows for reviewing, approving, and acting on agent-generated outputs.

Conduct user research and usability testing with operations stakeholders to identify pain points and refine features.

What We're Looking For

1 to 7 years of professional frontend engineering experience with strong product intuition and UX craft.

Proficiency in TypeScript , React , and Tailwind CSS .

A track record of building workflow-driven interfaces that include human review, exception handling, or approval flows.

Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.

Hands-on experience with AI, ML, or LLM-powered products and an interest in designing for trust when presenting automated outputs.

Comfort conducting user research and iterating closely with operations stakeholders.

Exposure to private markets or financial operations is a plus.

Willingness and ability to work on-site in Berlin.
