the posting
At Dexory, we're developing advanced software powered by cutting-edge robots that are transforming the very face of global logistics. With infectious enthusiasm, our unique blend of disciplines work in harmony to produce results at pace. From hardware and manufacturing to software, AI and commercial, we're one team – one heart – that beats, learns and grows together.
Turn market signals into the bets that shape our product.
Most research teams answer "what do users think?" This role answers a bigger question: what should we create, for whom, and how could it become a viable business?
As Dexory’s Product Insights Lead, you'll own the full journey from market signal to validated product bet to scaled delivery. You’ll be key to uncovering what’s happening through data and why it’s happening through research. Your insights will guide product strategy, feature prioritisation, and value creation for our customer and lead a small, talented team who put it into practice.
What you'll do
Shape what we build
Own a rolling research roadmap tied to the product roadmap, so every significant bet arrives at our Intake gate with an evidence plan
Personally lead our highest-stakes work: market sizing, competitive landscape and concept validation
Build opportunity-solution trees with Commercial and Sales
Turn segmentation and behavioural research into clear narratives, written for the decision they inform, not the study that produced them
Influence the people who decide
Partner with Product Managers, Sales and Commercial as a trusted strategic voice
Present a quarterly insight review to senior leadership: what we learned, what it changed, and what we still don't know
Surface the insight that matters to our investor story
Build something that scales
Own the shared operating dashboard, KPIs and OKRs linking research, product bets and delivery
Champion our Notion insights repository and a Slack cadence that puts insight in front of PMs, designers and Commercial before they ask
Design workflows and tooling, including GDPR-compliant consent, recording and data retention, and hand day-to-day ownership to a new hire
Grow a team and an organisation
Coach and mentor our Insight and Research Enablement Associate roles
Manage budget, timelines and resourcing
Run workshops and coaching that raise effectiveness across teams and leadership
Why this role
Real influence: your work changes decisions, and you'll have the metrics to prove it
Genuine ownership: you define the strategy, the operating model and the standards
Breadth: from hands-on market research to leadership presentations and organisational development
Visibility: a direct line to senior leadership and the VP Product & Design
Required Qualifications:
4–6 years’ experience across product analytics, research, or data-driven product roles, ideally in B2B software or complex operational domains.
Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys; funnels, cohorts, retention).
Strong analytical skills (SQL and a BI tool such as Looker/Tableau/Mode) and familiarity with experimentation (A/B tests, guardrail metrics).
Ability to design studies, synthesise findings, and communicate clear, decision-ready recommendations.
Comfortable partnering with engineers and PMs on instrumentation and telemetry; able to translate business questions into data requirements.
Bonus: experience in logistics or industrial environments.
*We value the right attitude, humility and we're as interested in your character as we are in your talent. Please apply, even if you feel you only meet part of our listed criteria. Diversity drives innovation and we offer an international and friendly work environment with an energetic company culture.

Joining Dexory isn’t just about having expertise… it’s about embracing uncertainty with purpose. You’ll help define not only our products, but the future of autonomous logistics itself. From day one, you’ll be trusted to push boundaries, take ownership, and deliver breakthrough results.
