Product Led Growth Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Led Growth Manager based in Mexico.

• This is a high-impact growth product role focused on building and optimizing self-serve acquisition journeys for technical audiences.
• You’ll own the customer funnel from signup and trial through activation, conversion, expansion, and product-led sales handoffs.
• You’ll also serve as product owner for the website and application experience, shaping priorities and working closely with engineering and design.
• The role combines product management, experimentation, analytics, lifecycle growth, and developer-focused experiences.
• You’ll work with engineers, data teams, AI builders, marketing, customer success, RevOps, and sales to turn insights into measurable growth.
• The environment is remote-first, globally distributed, highly autonomous, and focused on rapid experimentation and iterative delivery.
• Success will be measured through improvements in activation, paid conversion, self-serve revenue, expansion, funnel velocity, and qualified sales opportunities.
