Product Manager, Amazon Now

Amazon is building the fastest shopping experience in Brazil: Amazon Now, our Quick Commerce business that delivers in as little as 15 minutes from dark stores. This is one of the highest-growth in the Brazil Stores portfolio, and it is run by a team that owns the full commercial and product surface end to end.

We are looking for a Product Manager to own a core piece of the Amazon Now business — sitting at the intersection of selection, pricing, promotions, customer experience, and operations. You will be responsible for the metrics that define whether we win. You will run the weekly and daily business reviews, translate performance signals into concrete actions, unblock cross-functional dependencies across BI, tech, legal, finance, and external partners, and make the day-to-day judgment calls that move the P&L. • Key job responsibilities
• - Own the business rhythm. Author and run the recurring business reviews. Publish the input reviews and newsletters that keep the broader organization aligned week over week.
• - Drive selection and category growth: Coordinate vendor onboarding, and resolve selection and catalog issues.
• - Own pricing and promotions execution. Manage the pricing pipeline, and promotional mechanics
• - Improve the customer experience: Partner with tech and design on CX — ensuring the fastest possible path from open-app to order-placed.
• - Unblock cross-functionally: Work daily across BI, tech/product, legal, finance, and external partners to remove blockers.
• - Contribute to planning and strategy: Lead the business narratives, demand sessions, and financial inputs.

Basic qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• - Experience with end to end product delivery
• - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• - Experience as a product manager or owner
• - Experience owning technology products
• - Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology

Preferred qualifications

• - Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
• - Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
