The Position:
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead innovation and roadmap execution for the Elligint Health solution suite . In this role, you will collaborate with engineering, design, clinical experts, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful features that drive value for customers and support our growth strategy. Your work will shape product direction through customer insights, market analysis, and a deep understanding of healthcare payer and population health workflows , with a strong emphasis on care management and utilization management .
Duties & Responsibilities:
Own one or more functional domain in the product roadmap for the Elligint Health solution suite , aligning priorities with business goals and customer needs
Conduct market research and analyze competitive trends to inform product strategy
Translate clinical and operational workflows into intuitive product feature s
Define feature requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time
Partner with clinical SMEs to ensure usability and streamline compliance in complex healthcare environments
Lead go-to-market activities including launch planning, stakeholder enablement artifacts, and customer communications
Present roadmap and feature demos to internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and customers
Support continuous improvement of product processes
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of product management experience in SaaS platforms in the healthcare industry , any experience with an application improving throughput/workflow design is a plus
Proven success delivering products that meet market and customer needs
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to engage technical and clinical audiences
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership
Collaborative leadership style with influence across teams
Must reside in the U.S.; we are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time
Preferred Qualifications:
Product owner/ manage r certificat ion such as Pragmatic, SAFe Agile, Scrum strongly preferred
Experience with payer solutions strongly preferred
Knowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, CCD) and integration processes strongly preferred
Familiarity with AI applications in healthcare products
Hands-on experience with analytics tools (SQL, Looker, Tableau)
Exposure to care management, utilization management, population health or related workflows
Clinical background (nursing, case management, utilization review) or experience working closely with clinical teams
