Product Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager – Integrated Business Planning (IBP) with 3+ years of experience in product management, supply chain planning, or enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will drive the design, development, and delivery of IBP solutions that enable organizations to optimize demand, supply, inventory, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• •Own the product lifecycle for IBP solutions, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, supply chain, finance, and sales) to define product requirements and roadmap.
• •Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and ensure product differentiation.
• •Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
• •Partner with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of IBP solutions.
• •Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and drive enhancements to maximize business value.
• •Ensure alignment of IBP solutions with organizational strategy and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• •3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in supply chain planning, ERP, or IBP solutions.
• •Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and financial planning processes.
• •Experience working with enterprise software platforms (SAP IBP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or similar).
• •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• •Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• •Knowledge of data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• •Experience in stakeholder management and change management.
• •Strong business acumen with the ability to balance technical and strategic perspectives.
