the posting
Founded in 1999, WorldWinner develops and operates competitive games of skill with real cash prizes under the WorldWinner consumer brand and in partnership with leading Sports Gaming Entertainment company FanDuel under the FanDuel Faceoff name.
WorldWinner is the most recognized and trusted skill games technology platform and brand for players who want to Play to Win. We bring games to the world that inspire people to play for more. With over 20 challenging games where the outcome is dependent on player skills versus chance across a content library spanning classic card games to casual favorites to retro arcade games, WorldWinner has something for every gamer. Backed by Platinum Equity and strategic investors, we are building the next phase of our platform on mobile and beyond.
WorldWinner is seeking a player-focused, data-driven Product Manager to own a portfolio of core platform features, including our economy and monetization systems, lobby and navigation, and loyalty program. This role will turn player and platform pain points into a prioritized roadmap that drives acquisition, conversion, retention, and engagement. This is a hands-on role spanning both strategy and execution.
What you'll do
Own a portfolio of platform features end to end: economy and monetization systems, lobby and navigation, and the loyalty program
Turn player and platform pain points into a prioritized set of things worth building, in service of acquisition, conversion, retention, and engagement
Write clear, concise specs that engineering, art, and QA can build from without a translation layer
Define success metrics before launch, not after, and make sure the events needed to measure them are in the spec
Design and sequence A/B tests so reads stay clean and results are attributable to one change
Read performance post-launch and come back with recommendations
Run the day-to-day with engineering, art/UX, live ops, marketing, and analytics to ship on schedule and at quality
Prioritize against fixed engineering capacity and make the case for what's in and what's cut in terms leadership can act on
What we're looking for
5+ years of product management experience on a live digital consumer product, ideally mobile games
A track record of working on products with complex, interdependent systems — preferably mobile games with interlocking free and paid play loops
Features you personally shipped and measured, with specific before-and-after numbers you can walk through
Fluency with player behavior metrics (retention, conversion, ARPPU, LTV) and the judgment to know which one answers the question at hand
Comfortable self-serving in Amplitude or similar without waiting on a data request
Strong written communication; specs and updates that are short and unambiguous
Enough technical depth to hold a credible conversation with engineering about tradeoffs
Able to influence without authority across engineering, design, marketing, and analytics
Uses AI tools to move faster without letting accuracy slip
Nice to have
Real-money, skill-based, or otherwise regulated gaming experience
Experience designing or tuning a game economy or progression system — currencies, loyalty tiers, reward pacing
Game design instincts: difficulty curves, scoring, prize structures
Compliance-adjacent product work (KYC, geolocation, responsible gaming)
Benefits
An exciting, creative industry where you can see the impact of your work
Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with paid parental leave options
401(k) with company match and immediate vesting
Generous time off and flexible hours
Professional development opportunities
