- Identify market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform business decisions.
- Execute new product introductions, product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Manage product lifecycle activities, including portfolio optimisation and SKU rationalisation.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, distributors and industry stakeholders.
- Deliver product education, clinical training and support programs for internal and external customers.
- Partner with Sales teams to provide product, pricing and market insights.
- Drive cost reduction and operational improvement initiatives across the portfolio.
About You
- Previous experience as an Associate Product Manager or Product Manager
- Demonstrated experience within the cardiac medical device, cardiac consumables, procedure pack, or cath lab environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing the full product lifecycle, including product launches, portfolio optimisation, and product discontinuations.
- Strong market analysis and competitor intelligence experience, with the ability to translate insights into commercial action.
- Experience developing product positioning, value propositions, and customer-facing marketing materials.
