Own the design, evolution, and performance of Savings Account propositions across affluent customer segments.
- Responsibilities
- Proposition Strategy
Develop and evolve savings account propositions for key customer segments.
Define product features, benefits, pricing, and positioning.
Identify unmet customer needs and translate them into product enhancements.
Customer & Market Insights
Conduct competitive benchmarking.
Drive customer research and insight generation.
Monitor customer trends and changing banking behaviors.
Segment Performance
Recommend proposition improvements based on customer and business performance.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with Distribution, Marketing, Analytics, and Digital teams to execute segment strategies.
