Bellese is a mission-driven Digital Services Company committed to pioneering innovative technology solutions in civic healthcare. Our dedication lies in making a meaningful impact on public health outcomes.
Driven by service design, we strive to know the “Why” to understand the healthcare journey for patients, caregivers, providers, payers, and policymakers. Our goal is to design and build solutions that reduce confusion, provide clarity, support decision making, and streamline the process so that we and our partners can focus on providing better health outcomes by improving patient care and reducing costs and burden.
Bellese Technologies is looking for an experienced Product Manager II to join one of our distributed teams that support the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) federal agency.
As a Product Manager II at Bellese, you support the execution of product strategy set by senior product leadership, translating roadmap priorities into well-defined backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that keep delivery teams moving. You work closely with engineering, design, and QA to run agile ceremonies, manage day-to-day prioritization, and keep stakeholders informed on progress and blockers. You are building your understanding of the federal contracting landscape, including how policy, compliance, and procurement shape product decisions, and you know when to escalate a decision versus handle it yourself. You collaborate well across a distributed team, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and take ownership of the features and workstreams assigned to you.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and eager to grow into greater ownership over time. You are comfortable in the ambiguity of consulting work and bring a proactive mindset to problem-solving, asking good questions and following through without needing constant direction. You take feedback well and actively seek mentorship from senior product staff to sharpen your craft. You bring 3-5 years of experience in a Product Management or closely related role, ideally within agile delivery teams. Experience in the public sector, federal consulting, or a highly regulated industry is a plus, as is exposure to healthcare technology, but neither is required. If you're looking to build your product career on real federal delivery work that impacts the communities CMS serves, Bellese is the right place for you.
