The Role: As a PM2, you will independently own a product area or platform charter end-to-end — from strategy and roadmap to execution and business impact. You will operate with significant autonomy and drive initiatives across customer experience, platform scalability, automation, growth, and monetization. You will be expected to think beyond features and solve for systems, operational leverage, and long-term platform evolution.

What you’ll do?

1. Build Customer Empathy - Regularly engage with customers, internal stakeholders, and ecosystem partners to deeply understand pain points, workflows, and unmet needs through both qualitative and quantitative insights.

2. Drive Product Strategy - Define long-term product vision and quarterly roadmap aligned with business goals, customer outcomes, and platform scalability.

3. Build Scalable Products - Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and operations teams to build reliable, scalable, and high-impact products.

4. Lead Product Execution - Write high-quality product specifications, prioritize effectively, manage tradeoffs, and ensure timely execution across releases

5. Own Metrics & Outcomes - Define success metrics, monitor business impact, and driveiterative improvements through experimentation and data analysis.

6. Ecosystem Collaboration - Partner with banks, regulators, vendors, and ecosystem players to co-build industry-defining solutions.

What are we looking for?

1. 4–7 years of product management experience

2. Strong product execution and prioritization skills

3. Experience owning business metrics and customer outcomes

4. Strong analytical thinking and experimentation mindset

5. Ability to work across technical and business stakeholders

6. Systems thinking and platform orientation

7. Strong customer empathy balanced with business acumen

8. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
