Product Manager, International Transfers

International is a key pillar of GCash’s growth strategy. As Product Manager for International Transfers, you will help drive the growth and continuous improvement of our cross-border transfer products, serving millions of Filipinos sending money across borders.

You’ll own the product lifecycle from planning and launch to continuous improvement, working closely with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Regulatory, and other teams to build products that are simple, secure, and easy to use.

You will be responsible for the following:

• •Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for International Transfers, from conceptualization and launch to continuous improvement.
• •Drive improvements across product features, operations, marketing, and process controls to deliver a better customer experience.
• •Act as Product Owner for an Agile squad, working closely with engineers and UX designers to translate business needs into product requirements and priorities.
• •Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business goals, and data.
• •Work closely with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, and other teams to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
• •Use data, customer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities and guide product decisions.
• •Partner with Regulatory and other relevant teams to ensure product compliance, security, and risk requirements are met.
• •Collaborate with Marketing teams to drive product adoption, usage, and growth.
• •Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve key metrics and customer experience.
• •Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and developments in cross-border payments to help shape product strategies.
• •Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders as needed to support product delivery and growth.

We are looking for :

• •3–5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in fintech, payments, digital products, or a fast-growing technology company.
• •Experience owning or managing a product from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
• •Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• •Basic understanding of software and APIs; coding experience is not required.
• •Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• •Strong project management and organizational skills.
• •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• •Good understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-centric product development.
• •Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• •Innovative, curious, and proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• •A collaborative team player who can work effectively with different teams.
• •Experience in remittances, cross-border payments, or fintech is a plus.
• •Scrum.org certification such as PSPO or PSM is a plus, but not required.
