Product Manager, Reporting Team

About the role and the team:

We're looking for a Product Manager who is genuinely curious about how merchants make decisions, and who can turn messy, high-volume data into answers people trust and act on.

You'd join the Reporting team , which owns everything a merchant uses to find out whether their marketing actually worked, and what to do next . This is also where Omnisend's AI story gets real. Reports AI turned reporting from something merchants read into something they can ask questions of, and it's now the surface where recommendations from across the product reach merchants at the moment they're looking at performance. Our data also powers the Omnisend MCP, so merchants can query their marketing results from inside Claude and ChatGPT.
