Product Manager – Service & Digital Solutions (m/f/d)

Your Mission

• •Develop and manage innovative service and digital solutions.
• •Identify market opportunities and customer needs and translate them into scalable products and services.
• •Define product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans that unlock new growth opportunities and revenue streams.
• •Own the entire product lifecycle, from concept development through successful market adoption and scaling.
• •Monitor product performance through relevant KPIs and drive data-based decision-making.
• •Collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver global growth initiatives.
• •Drive the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities & features in digital service products

What You Bring

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• •Minimum of five years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Management, Business Transformation, or a comparable role.
• •Experience working in an international industrial environment, ideally within the food, chemical, consumer goods, or process industries.
• •Proven track record of developing, launching, or scaling products, services, or digital solutions.
• •Experience with digital innovation, agile methodology, digital service sales
• •Strong commercial acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent analytical capabilities.
• •Fluent English skills (C1 level), good German language skills (minimum B2 level), and willingness to travel internationally approximately 20–40 days per year.
