About the Role
We are toogeza , a Ukrainian recruiting company that is focused on hiring talents and building teams for tech startups worldwide. People make a difference in the big game, and we may help to find the right ones.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to work on iGaming projects built on the SoftSwiss platform .
The role involves driving the product development of online casino and sportsbook projects within a platform-based operating model. Core development, key technical capabilities, and part of the product logic are managed by the external platform. Our responsibility is to manage the product effectively, prioritize improvements, launch new features and A/B tests, optimize funnels, analyze product metrics, and coordinate internal and external teams.
We are looking for someone who understands the specifics of the iGaming industry and knows how to work with ready-made platform solutions. This person should not rely on having an ideal in-house development team, but instead know how to deliver results through the platform provider, account managers, third-party providers, CRM, analytics, marketing, affiliate, customer support, risk/fraud, and operational teams.
This position is well suited to someone who can think strategically as a Product Manager, act as an owner of delivery, and maintain a high level of operational control.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in iGaming
Strong understanding of online casino and sportsbook products, including:
registration;
KYC and verification;
deposits and withdrawals;
bonuses and wagering;
game lobby;
payments;
CRM mechanics;
retention and VIP;
affiliate traffic;
risk and fraud flows
Experience working with platform-based iGaming solutions such as SoftSwiss, TrueLabel, or BetConstruct
Understanding of the limitations of a platform-based model:
development is handled externally;
product changes are delivered through the platform;
some decisions depend on the platform roadmap, account/project managers, and the technical limitations of the out-of-the-box solution
Experience working with product metrics such as:
registrations;
FTD;
deposits and repeat deposits;
ARPU;
GGR and NGR;
retention;
conversion rates;
withdrawal rate;
bonus cost;
wagering completion;
player activity
Experience building and optimizing product funnels:
Registration → FTD → Repeat Deposit → Active Player → Retained Player
Ability to prepare business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, checklists, product briefs, and tasks for the platform team
Experience prioritizing tasks based on business impact, user experience, technical complexity, KPIs, and operational risks
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to negotiate with the platform provider, escalate issues, structure requests, document agreements, and drive tasks through to completion
Experience working with multiple stakeholders simultaneously, including:
CRM;
marketing;
affiliates;
analytics;
design;
legal and compliance;
customer support;
payments;
platform and account teams
Ability to work in an environment with uncertainty, incomplete documentation, and changing priorities
Working proficiency in English for written communication, meetings, task-setting, follow-ups, and documentation
Responsibilities
Drive the product development of iGaming projects built on the SoftSwiss platform
Build and maintain product roadmaps across projects, covering:
new features;
product improvements;
operational changes;
product experiments;
UX optimizations;
platform requests
Analyze product metrics and identify growth opportunities across:
registration;
deposits;
repeat deposits;
player activity;
retention;
GGR and NGR;
CRM funnels
Work directly with SoftSwiss:
create and submit tasks;
clarify technical limitations;
agree on solutions;
control delivery timelines;
validate implementation;
document outcomes
Prepare high-quality requirements for the platform and internal teams, including:
problem statements;
business value;
expected behavior;
acceptance criteria;
checklists;
edge cases
Manage the launch of new product features from ideation and prioritization through testing, release, metrics monitoring, and post-release analysis
Improve key user flows, including:
registration and login;
email and phone verification;
KYC;
deposits and withdrawals;
bonus activation;
wagering;
player communication;
game discovery
Work with bonus logic and CRM mechanics, including:
welcome offers;
deposit bonuses;
free spins;
cashback;
loyalty mechanics;
wagering requirements;
segmentation;
trigger-based campaigns
Monitor the quality of the user experience across desktop and mobile, including:
navigation;
lobby structure;
visibility of key actions;
payment flows;
error messages;
banners and pop-ups;
SEO blocks;
onboarding prompts
Coordinate tasks between internal teams and the external platform, including product, CRM, marketing, analytics, affiliates, customer support, payments, risk/fraud, design, and platform account/project managers
Conduct regular competitor and market analysis across key GEOs, identify product best practices, and adapt them to the platform’s capabilities
Control release quality and ensure that changes:
work correctly;
do not disrupt critical user flows;
meet the original requirements
Escalate blockers and risks when the platform cannot provide the required timeline, solution, or implementation quality
