Product Owner

Copenhagen

Help us create software that customers value and users enjoy.

At NaviPartner, we build business-critical software that helps retailers, attractions, and hospitality businesses deliver connected, efficient, and engaging customer experiences.

We are looking for a Product Owner who combines strong product judgment, technical curiosity, commercial awareness, and a genuine flair for what makes software great.

You care deeply about the complete user experience, how software looks, how it feels, how quickly it responds, how intuitively it works, and how effectively it solves real customer problems. You recognize the difference between functionality that merely works and a product experience that customers genuinely enjoy using.

You will work closely with developers, sales, marketing, consultants, partners, and customers. Your responsibility will be to ensure that we build the right products, solve meaningful customer problems, and deliver excellent user experiences and measurable business value.

The person we are looking for

You enjoy working at the intersection of customers, business, design, and technology. You notice confusing workflows, unnecessary steps, inconsistent interactions, and details that reduce product quality.

You understand that great design is not decoration. It is about making complex functionality understandable, efficient, reliable, and easy to use.

You listen carefully, use evidence to support decisions, and create direction when stakeholders have competing priorities. Most importantly, you take ownership and help teams understand what should be built, why it matters, and what a great outcome should feel like for the user.

Location and working arrangement

This is an office-based position at NaviPartner’s Copenhagen office. Working from the office is the normal working arrangement for this role, and the position is not available as a remote position.

Your responsibilities

Own the strategy, roadmap, and prioritise the products under your ownership

Translate customer needs and market opportunities into clear product direction

Champion intuitive design, excellent usability, strong performance, and consistent quality

Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitors, platforms, and emerging technologies

Align with developers, commercial teams, and stakeholders around shared outcomes

Guide technical decisions involving APIs, integrations, security, and scalability

Balance customer value, commercial impact, feasibility, quality, and delivery speed

Develop business cases and contribute to product packaging, positioning, and go-to-market activities.

Measure results and use data and feedback to continually improve our products

Who we are looking for

Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager

Strong product judgment and a flair for intuitive user experiences and thoughtful design

The ability to turn complex requirements into products that feel simple and coherent

Experience from managing roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

A strong customer-focused and commercial mindset

Sufficient technical understanding to collaborate confidently with developers and architects

The ability to provide clear and constructive feedback to designers and developers

Strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and decision-making skills

Experience in using AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, documentation, and communication

The ability to understand technical constraints and to establish realistic priorities and expectations

The confidence to challenge requests that do not support the product strategy or create sufficient value

Professional proficiency in Danish and English

It would be an advantage if you have experience with

Retail, attractions, hospitality, or other transaction-intensive industries

Point of sale, e-commerce, ticketing, self-service, loyalty, payments, inventory, or order-management solutions

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP platform

Shopify, Magento, or other commerce platforms

APIs, webhooks, integrations, SaaS products, and event-driven architecture

Omnichannel or unified commerce environments

UX, prototyping, design tools, usability testing, or customer journey optimization

Reviewing designs
