Product Owner Lead (Payments)

• Lead the product direction for a portfolio of payment products, including payment aggregation, integrations, and related services.
• Shape a shared product vision and align priorities with broader business objectives and customer needs.
• Guide and mentor Product Owners while ensuring strong collaboration across product, technical, and operational teams.
• Own the delivery of the core payment aggregator service and help ensure reliable execution across the wider payments domain.
• Work directly with B2B customers to understand requirements, support integrations, and participate in technical discussions.
• Drive improvements to product processes, documentation, analytics, and standards within a fast-moving international environment.
• Help build scalable payment solutions while balancing customer experience, technical complexity, operational needs, and business priorities.
