Product Owner (Romania)

At CloudMargin, the primary purpose of this role is to serve as a pivotal bridge between stakeholders and our Agile development teams.

• This entails:
• •Holistic Requirement Gathering: Proactively collect and prioritise requirements from diverse sources within the organisation to ensure a comprehensive understanding of needs.
• •User Story Creation & Collaboration: Craft well-defined user stories and collaborate seamlessly with Product Managers and our Agile development teams, translating requirements into actionable product features.
• •Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Manage and align stakeholder expectations while effectively articulating concepts to both internal and external parties, ensuring transparency and clarity at every step of the product journey.

• •Product Vision & Strategy: Support the development of and communicate a clear vision of the product that aligns with company objectives and customer needs.
• •User Stories & Backlog Management: Create well-defined user stories and prioritise them within the team backlog to ensure timely and impactful product delivery.
• •Agile Collaboration: Lead and engage actively in all agile ceremonies, fostering a culture of continuous iteration and feedback.
• •Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and devise strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the successful delivery of the product.
• •Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for the product, communicating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• •Continuous Improvement: Advocate for and contribute to enhancing processes, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness of the development teams.
• •Team Growth: Emphasize personal and team growth by promoting a learning environment, sharing knowledge, and encouraging continuous improvement.

• •Minimum of 3 years as a Product Owner, ideally within a FinTech or the financial services sector.
• •Proven experience in steering product strategies from ideation to launch.
• •Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a commitment to best practices.
• •Experience in driving product strategies from inception to completion.
• •Capital Markets experience is a significant advantage.
• •Leadership: Capable of guiding and inspiring team members towards a shared goal.
• •Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas.
• •Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• •Problem Solving: A logical and systematic approach to identifying and resolving issues.
