Responsibilities
Work on cross-cutting company strategy projects and collaborate with teams to implement changes

Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple functional stakeholders.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, demonstrated by a track record of driving alignment and complex decisions with senior cross-functional leaders.
Experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in influence-without-authority environments and contexts with a high degree of ambiguity.
Strong oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders, including users.
A “can do” attitude, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred qualifications
Experience working in a fintech or payments-focused technology company.
Experience working on market entry strategies for businesses expanding globally.
Experience working with SQL and using data to identify trends, generate insights and solve problems.
