Production Associate l - 2nd Shift - $21.25/hr. + $2.00/hr. Shift Premium

Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:00pm – 1:30am, with OT as needed by the business.

What You Will Do

• •Assemble mechanical and electrical components into subassemblies and finished products across one or more product lines
• •Prepare, process, install, rework, test, and inspect components to ensure quality specifications are met
• •Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and test procedures to complete builds accurately
• •Monitor, document, and maintain production and quality records in accordance with company standards
• •Meet production schedules, build rates, and cycle time expectations
• •Perform basic set-up, work preparation, cleanup, and quality checks of your work area
• •Utilize computers and manufacturing systems to support documentation and production processes
• •Maintain a safe and organized work environment, supporting 6S and continuous improvement initiatives

What You Need

Preferred:

• •High school diploma or GED
• •Previous manufacturing or assembly experience

$21.25/hr. + $2.00/hr. Shift Premium plus bonus eligible and benefits.
