What You Will Do *

• •To develop overall repair schedule for jobs
• •To coordinate between various departments to ensure smooth flow of repair procedures and internal process.
• •To check and follow up on purchase and sub-con parts
• •To load, print and release route card to Shop
• •To track job schedule and ensure Shop finishes the repair work scope within customer expectation
• •To close the job in ERP system and ensure all material and labour costing are accounted.
• •Analyze job cost and feedback to team on any discrepancy on material, labor cost and gross profit margin.
• •To be responsible for inventory management and control.
• •Understand the repair process and capable of expediting the completion of job to meet customer requirements.
• •Participate in ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as required.
• •Manage and track turnaround time (TAT) and Day in house (DIH).

Qualifications We Prefer

• •Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering or relevant fields
• •Minimum 4 years of production scheduling in an aerospace MRO environment.

• •Good work attitude and a team player
• •Good communication skills
• •Strong problem-solving ability
• •Use of computer tools
• •Knowledge of SAP
• •Able to use Microsoft Office software
